It can be scary to start something new, yet learning the foundations of yoga doesn't have to be intimidating. You can find the benefits of starting at the beginning of a yoga practice or just reestablishing an existing practice. In this series, you will learn how to perform postures (asanas) with the correct alignment for your body while learning the basic yoga terminology & etiquette that will allow you to enter any class with confidence.
